The Welsh Diversity Awards – a prestigious black tie event, which celebrates the excellent achievements of grass- root communities that tackle the issues in today’s society, giving them recognition for their dedication and hard work.

Charities, role models and community heroes will be honoured at the ceremony showcasing their outstanding devotion to enhancing equality, diversity and inclusion; thus embracing the excellence of all our citizens irrespective of race, faith, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability and culture.
 

The Welsh Diversity Awards reserve the right to refuse entry from any nomination, for any given reason.


The Welsh Diversity Awards reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Awards or any feature thereof with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud.


We reserve the right to remove entries and shortlisted nominees for any reason and without notice. All shortlisted entrants, finalists and winners will be notified by email.


The Welsh Diversity Awards reserve the right to not consider any nominations received from individuals who do not meet the outlined criteria or whereby there is not enough supporting information within the initial nomination for the judges to make an informed decision about their achievements.


Details enclosed within individual nominations can be viewed by The Nominee, The Welsh Diversity Awards Team and the Judging Panel only.


The Welsh Diversity Awards will not divulge any information relating to the nominator to either the individual nominated or any other party without first obtaining the nominators permission.


The Welsh Diversity Awards will not share the nomination details with any other third party. We do obtain the right, however to share award winners email address’ with the individual category sponsors and/or supporting media.


Entrants for The Welsh Diversity Awards may be required to participate in press related activities. Please note: The Welsh Diversity Awards will check with each individual that they are willing to participate prior to sharing their details with any press, however, The Welsh Diversity Awards cannot be held accountable for any press/journalists who seek out nominee details of their own accord.


Should any nominee wish to be withdrawn from the nomination process, they are able to do so at any time. Notification must be received in writing by e-mail or post.


Anyone found to be behaving in a manner that is deemed detrimental to other guests at The Welsh Diversity Awards Ceremony will be immediately escorted off site, nomination withdrawn and disqualification will be applied from re-entering future awards.


By virtue of accepting your nomination, you confirm that you are eligible to attend The 2018 Welsh Diversity Awards Ceremony.


The Welsh Diversity Awards reserve the right to charge a 25% administration fee for any tickets/tables reserved on behalf of a shortlisted nominee, which is then cancelled more than 7 days later.


By virtue of accepting your nomination and by confirming your attendance at the ceremony you irrevocably consent to having the use of your image on any marketing material created by The Welsh Diversity Awards.


Nominations for The Welsh Diversity Awards close October 2017. Any nominations cast after this date will not be considered.


The Welsh Diversity Awards reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
